I have many years experience working with domestic dogs on a one-to-one
basis - from owners with new puppies who want to be pointed in the right direction,
to adult dogs with more specific problems. I have also worked extensively with
dogs in dog-sanctuaries and training working-sheepdogs.
I can help you and your dog understand each other better - as this is the
foundation of effective human-canine relationships.
Most people get a dog in the first instance with the intention of having a reliable
companion and a loyal friend. Unsure what to do when the advice given in books
and on the internet doesn’t seem to work on their particular dog, the relationship
can sometimes become strained. Owning a dog they previously got to enhance their life can then sometimes become a chore. If you want to prevent this from happening, or if this has already happened to you, please give me a call to set your human –dog relationship on the right path.
There are many ways to train dogs with overwhelming and unlimited information on the internet and in books, but there are few miracle cures or quick fixes when it comes to dog training and behaviour modification. Dog training for most is a big commitment until new behaviours are ingrained and old behaviours are eliminated.
If you would like help with general training or have a specific behavioural problem that needs to be addressed, please get in touch. Also please check out my testimonials section, and if you would like any references or would like to speak to anyone who has used my services, please feel free to contact me about this.
